Who we are
High Plains Air LLC is a Colorado-based HVAC service company serving homes and small commercial spaces across the South Denver metro and Northern Colorado. You can reach us at info@highplainsair.com or (303) 848-3155.
What we collect
When you contact us through the form on this site, send us an email, or call or text us, we collect what you tell us. Typically that's your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of the work you need done.
We don't run advertising pixels or behavioral tracking on this website. Our host, Cloudflare, provides us with aggregate traffic statistics (page views, countries, referring sites) through its Web Analytics service, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Fonts and styling are served from this site directly rather than from an outside provider. The weather shown on the home page is for one of two fixed points in our service areas (south Denver metro or Loveland), not your address. Our server uses the approximate area your connection comes from, which Cloudflare provides with every request, only to choose which of the two to show; it is not stored, logged, or shared, and your browser never contacts a weather service.
The contact form and the live reviews feed are embedded from Housecall Pro. Those embedded frames load Housecall Pro's own service providers (for example, spam protection, payment, and analytics services it uses) under Housecall Pro's privacy policy, linked below. Nothing you type into the form is read by anyone other than Housecall Pro and us.
Why we collect it
- To schedule and perform the service you've asked for
- To communicate with you before, during, and after the job
- To coordinate with your home warranty company when your service is dispatched through a warranty plan
- To process payments and send invoices or receipts
- To keep records as required for licensing, insurance, warranty, and tax purposes
Who we share it with
- Housecall Pro, our job management software. The contact form and the reviews feed on this site are operated by Housecall Pro on our behalf. Their privacy policy is at housecallpro.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Home warranty companies, when your service is covered under a warranty plan.
- Service providers we use (payment processors, accountants, attorneys), only as needed to operate the business.
- Law enforcement or regulators, only if legally required.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
Customer and job records are kept as long as needed to complete the service and meet our legal, tax, insurance, and warranty obligations. That's typically several years.
Your rights
If you live in Colorado (or a state with a similar privacy law), you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out of any sale of your data or targeted advertising (we don't do either)

Cookies
This site is hosted on Cloudflare and doesn't set its own cookies. The Housecall Pro contact form and reviews feed may set cookies necessary for their operation. We don't use cookies for advertising.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
